Ⅳ. Rates and Facilities
(I). Rates
Standard stand(3m×3m): �: 2,100 (CN￥ 23，000)
Raw space (at least 18 sq.m): � 210 (CN￥2,300) per sq.m
(II). Facilities
The standard booth includes: 3 pieces of boarding, one negotiation table, 3 chairs, 3 spotlights, one electric connector receptacle, a carpet, an English fascia, one dustbin.
For the raw space, a carpet will be provided as well as one negotiation table and 3 chairs for per 9 sq.m.
(The exhibitors will construct the booth by themselves and the height of the booth shall be no more than 5 meters.)
Ⅴ. Promotion and Publicity
Publicizing in Indian televisions, newspapers, magazines and the outdoor advertisements to make the all-round publicities and print advertisements.
Cooperating with the Indian trade and industrial, trading institutions and inviting buyers.
By the means of email, fax, mailing etc. to send the publicity materials and invitation letters to he target buyers and importers in India and South Asian area.
Establishing a website to be given over to propagandize the exhibition.
